53+ Years Young

Most members have been in a primary career for at least 30 years, at minimum 20 years. We look for outgoing individuals who enjoy learning about people and ideas, outside of their comfort zones. We look for individuals interested in building meaningful relationships, transformational instead of transactional. 

VP Level or Higher

Most members are partner-level professionals, entrepreneurs and come from an array of backgrounds ranging from the private and public sectors. It's not about wealth, but wealth of experiences to share with fellow members.

Proactive

We look for individuals who are active in their community or have an interest to do so. Many members have served on nonprofit boards or committees, some serve on private or publicly-traded boards, others are exploring what matters to them.
